[WoD] Brain Food

Last week I talked about eating healthy. Today I want to follow along that line. Continue to keep eating, but start eating food for your brain, too. You're going to be using it a lot more now, and you will be needing more use of the gray matter was the days go on.

The blog Stepcase Lifehack offers some ideas on eating for productivity. They mention some foods for eating certain foods for eating at breakfast and lunch to fuel you for the rest of the day. Check it out for more information.

Some other things too eat for your brain are nuts and oily fish. Certain nuts and most fish contain omega-3 acids, which are great for the nervous system.

Here's a list of 10 brain foods over at BBC's Good Food. Try including some of these foods into your diet, just in case you aren't doing so already. We need to start nourishing our brains. Our stories may depend on it.
